Provider participation principles

Non-binding pre-operational draft · Last updated 13 July 2026
In short
Provider onboarding is closed. This page lists proposed minimum principles and is not an agreement, listing offer, commission schedule or settlement commitment.

1. Eligibility

A future provider must hold all registrations, licences, insurance and permissions required for its role. Verification criteria, renewal checks and suspension rules must be approved before onboarding.

2. Clinical responsibility

Qualified professionals retain responsibility for their clinical decisions and must work within their scope. Final contracts must define hospital, provider and platform responsibilities without limiting patient safety obligations.

3. Data and consent

Access to patient information must be purpose-limited, consent-aware and role-based, with appropriate audit evidence and incident procedures. This draft does not claim that a public provider-record workflow is currently operational.

4. Commercial terms

No commission, payout cycle, marketplace split or service price has been agreed through this page. Commercial, tax, cancellation and settlement terms require a signed contract and a compliant payment setup.

5. Pilot gate

Provider applications may open only after the operating entity, contracting process, qualification checks, support contacts, grievance route and pilot governance are approved.
